- The organization through different programme and activities organized and conducted every year and from time to time its helping youth gaining of experience, knowledge and it make us aware and can prevent social evils and bad habits especially to fight against drugs, Aids, Alcohol etc. This programme is mostly organized with Meghalaya State Aids Control Society, Social Welfare Dept. etc.
- Through Seminars, Workshop, training programme, demonstration camp, awareness campaign, poster campaign on different subjects and topics the students, Public have learn a lot for the benefit of rural areas.
- The Adult Education( TLC/ PLP for the illiterate people has been setting up since 2000 to help them learn and write, Coaching class and Codensed course for women through Central Social Welfare Board, Shillong has been conducted since 2002 which is really benefited to the rural people.
- Through Counseling Centre on Drugs an Alcohol as per the Recording Register till date around 398 youth & public came for the counseling and most of them have changes their life and they started their new life, especially those who are addicted in Alcohol.
- Through our Social Relief Cell, people have got a lot of benefit by providing Materials during their urgent needs and natural calamities. The members every year is donating blood also to poor people when they are in need and sometime during World Aids Day observation.
- That organization through Musical Training School which has been act up and running since 2003, has bring a lot of benefit especially to those talented youth both traditional and non-traditional.
- The organization through Kirsty Academy School which was set up or started in the year 1994, has bring a lot of benefit to rural poor people especially to those who could not afford to sent their to Shillong town. But this school is based and started under a standard English School and so it has a lot of benefit to those who came from poor families.
